Now that the bunny and chicken situations is up to speed i will introduce you to my goat adventures. When the goats first came they were not in very good shape. With alot of care, healthy food and a peaceful environment they grew healthy. Pepper the baby buck grew as well. \They were all adorable so sweet and followed me everywhere. Goats are just like dogs they love to be around people. On our trail rides and hikes and quad rides through the trails they would accompany us and graze up in the hills. The farm is loaded with blueberries and I have never had the patience to pick them let alone the fear of meeting up with a hungry blueberry eatin' bear. Now that the goats like to roam the farm i take them up for a couple of hours a day and pick blueberries.
As Pepper grew he wanted to breed and by the end of the summer he wouldn't leave the girls alone. Hopefully they were pregnant. As winter drew near we noticed the girls getting bigger and their udders grew. SUCCESS. We predicted babies by the end of January. We waited and waited and waited. By mid February they were massive and finally on February 16th this happened.
Stay tuned for the video of the birth if I can get it on here
